Mobile hose testing

Hose assemblies must be subjected to regular testing in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations. This is the only way to avoid putting people, the environment or the plant in danger due to operational wear and tear when using the hose assembly. Markert offers mobile hose testing service from the manufacturer. Our fully equipped service vehicles ensure efficient and high-quality maintenance of your hose assemblies. Regardless of whether it is in our production facility or at your site, our service team ensures that your hose assemblies can continue to be used safely. If needed, we can also manage the test results and the respective testimonials and certificates with our hose database.

Resistance

The fundamental requirement for ensuring the long lifespan of the hose assembly is the resistance of the hose lining to the medium being transported.

In the resistance lists for hoses and seals, you will find corresponding overviews for common media.

The lists include frequently used materials for the hose lining and fittings. In addition to the specified materials, we offer a wide range of special materials and conduct media-specific resistance tests if necessary.

Hose and hose safety training courses

According to the German regulation on Industrial Safety and Health (BertSichV), pressure tests on hose assemblies may only be carried out by "competent persons". One component for the qualification of a competent person is our hose training, which we provide several times a year. This covers the basics on:

  • Relevant regulations (T002, DGRL 2014/68/EU, ATEX 2014/34/EU, TRGS 727, BetrSichV)
  • Requirements for hoses, hose assemblies (DIN EN 12115, DIN EN ISO 10380, DIN EN 14420, DIN EN 13765, DIN EN 16643, DIN EN ISO 6134)
  • Correct handling and use of hose assemblies
  • Assessment of types of damage
